The goal of the District's Reserve Firefighter Program has been to create a pool of volunteer personnel who are capable of assisting the District's full-time personnel in meeting the operational needs of the District. The program may also create a potential pool of trained candidates interested in work as a full-time firefighter/paramedics. Reserve Firefighters participate as needed in a variety of capacities as required by the District.
