Heartsaver Online Training:

1. Students who plan on attending the course will register and submit payment.
2. After successful registration, a Heartsaver course code for online training will be sent via email.
3. The Heartsaver Online Training must be completed prior to attending a skills day.
4. Time on task is approximately 3 hours.
5. The Heartsaver written exam is completed at the end of the online course.
6. Students must bring proof of completion to the scheduled skills day.

Heartsaver Skills Day:

1. The Heartsaver skills day will be approximately 2 ½ hours to include video practice and skills testing observed by the AHA instructor EMS Specialist Troy Vincent.
2. Ample time will be made available for practice and testing of the competencies.
3. Instructor to student ratios will be maintained at a maximum of 6 student to 1 instructor ratio.
4. Students will be issued an eCard from the AHA post completion of the course.

Course Info:

Skills testing is planned for second Tuesday of every month 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon at our new SRV Fire Administration building: 2401 Crow Canyon Road Suite A, San Ramon CA 94583.
Enrolled students will receive the online Heartsaver course approximately 2 weeks before the skills testing dates.
