Things have changed!

The process for submitting plans, responding to comments, and requesting inspections has changed so please give this a good read.

Beginning September 20, 2022 electronic plan submittal will be through GeoCivix portal at https://firedepartment.geocivix.com. Please visit https://firedepartment.geocivix.com and register for your customer account by clicking on the Register button. Once registered you can log in to your account and submit your projects.

Submittal requirements have changed. Please review Electronic Plan Submittal Requirements and Plan Submittal Guides for your project before starting your submittal.

Permits Issued in Old System

If you have a project that was issued in the old system, we’ll need to get the project transferred into the new system before you can request inspections or submit re-submittals. Permits issued in the old system have a permit number beginning with CP and follow the format of CP2244441234. If you need to transfer an old permit into the new system, click on Transfer your permit.
