We’ve started using a new database for Plan Reviews, Construction Permits and Construction Inspections.  This new system will give the applicant access to more information about their project.  If you have a project that was issued in the old system, we’ll need to get you transferred into the new system.  We’ll just need you to complete a couple of steps and we’ll do the rest. 

Step 1: Visit our new customer portal at https://firedepartment.geocivix.com and register as a new user by clicking on Register. Be sure to use a valid email address as you’ll need to verify this address to complete your registration.

Step 2:  Fill out the form below to transfer your project to the new system.  You’ll need your Fire District Permit number and the project address.
