The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District utilizes online bidding to assure open and fair competition on all major purchases. To facilitate online bidding, the District has partnered with Public Purchase, a web based, e-procurement service for public agencies. This e-procurement system provides prospective bidders with automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations. In addition, Public Purchase gives suppliers access to bidding opportunities with other government entities. All of this is provided at no charge.
Get started in two simple steps
- Register with Public Purchase.This will provide you access to view the solicitations from all agencies that use the Public Purchase system.If you are already registered with Public Purchase for another agency, simply update your existing registration to add San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District to your profile.
- Update your registration to receive automated email notices from the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District (and any other participating agencies that you select).
Once you are registered, click on any open bid below and you will be forwarded to the Public Purchase e-procurement website where you can login to view and/or respond to the open bid.
