Introducing our newest employee: K9 Cali! Cali is a 2-year-old Golden Retriever trained in critical incident stress management and individual support. Cali’s handler is Firefighter Brielle Drake who is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management and peer counseling. Our firefighters respond to a variety of emergencies and it is imperative that we take care of both our physical and mental health. #FirefighterMentalHealth #CISM #PeerSupport #K9 #PeerSupportK9

Firefighters responded to a Structure Fire early this morning in San Ramon. Firefighters arrived to find a full involved garage with additional vehicles on fire in the driveway. Firefighters extinguished the fire while minimizing the extension to the living space. A nearby neighbor was able to rescue the resident out of the structure. The fire is under investigation and no injuries have been reported. #StructureFire #SRVFire #WorkingFire
