Over this past week we have had inquiries from so many of our neighbors, friends and families looking for ways to help those affected by the Camp Wildfire. We have coordinated with both Chico and Paradise Elks Lodges and some of our fire personnel who live in the area to take donations directly into the hands of those who need it immediately.
Due to the extreme conditions in the area, the items needed are specific. Please remember, at this time, those in need most likely do not have anywhere to store donated items.
New Items Requested:
- Jackets/Winter Coats
- Rain gear
- Underwear – all sizes
- Socks – all sizes
- Warm Shirts & Pants
- Blankets
- Diapers, baby wipes, baby toiletry items, formulas, etc. (Adult toiletry items are not needed)
Gently Used Items:
- Jackets/Winter Coats
- Rain gear
(Other Used clothing can be donated to The GoodWill or Salvation Army. They have the mechanisms in place to process and distribute these items).
Monetary Donations:
Gift Cards – Such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, gas, groceries store and the like
